We use information to provide and secure SellerWin, authenticate accounts, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Customer and sales data
SellerWin processes live-sale and customer-support information only to provide the features you choose to use. The current extension stores operational settings locally. If you enable an external AI provider, relevant support content is sent to that provider only when you request an analysis.
Service providers
We use service providers for payments, authentication, hosting, and optional AI features. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies and only for the services they provide.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
